835de37603 meminfo: add a per node counter for balloon drivers
Patch series "track memory used by balloon drivers", v2.

This series introduces a way to track memory used by balloon drivers.

Add a NR_BALLOON_PAGES counter to track how many pages are reclaimed by
the balloon drivers. First add the accounting, then updates the balloon
drivers (virtio, Hyper-V, VMware, Pseries-cmm, and Xen) to maintain this
counter. The virtio, Vmware, and pseries-cmm balloon drivers utilize the
balloon_compaction interface to allocate and free balloon pages. Other
balloon drivers will have to maintain this counter manually.

This makes the information visible in memory reporting interfaces like
/proc/meminfo, show_mem, and OOM reporting.

This provides admins visibility into their VM balloon sizes without
requiring different virtualization tooling. Furthermore, this information
is helpful when debugging an OOM inside a VM.

This patch (of 4):

Add NR_BALLOON_PAGES counter to track memory used by balloon drivers and
expose it through /proc/meminfo and other memory reporting interfaces.

fd37721803 mm, treewide: introduce NR_PAGE_ORDERS
NR_PAGE_ORDERS defines the number of page orders supported by the page
allocator, ranging from 0 to MAX_ORDER, MAX_ORDER + 1 in total.

NR_PAGE_ORDERS assists in defining arrays of page orders and allows for
more natural iteration over them.

80e4a765a7 mm: refactor si_mem_available()
si_mem_available() needlessly places LRU statistics into an array before
retrieving only two of them, simply access those directly.

In addition, refactor the code so that the blocks of code which calculate
the page cache and reclaimable components each resemble one another to
clearly indicate we cap both against wmark_low in the same fashion.

8dbbc49345 mm,thp: no space after colon in Mem-Info fields
Patch series "mm,thp: fix sloppy text output".

Three independent trivial patches, fixing sloppy text output which has
annoyed me; but might risk surprising a parser, so any can be dropped.

This patch (of 3):

The SysRq-m or OOM Mem-Info dmesg showed (long lines containing) ...
shmem:NkB shmem_thp: NkB shmem_pmdmapped: NkB anon_thp: NkB ...

Delete the space after the colon after shmem_thp, shmem_pmdmapped,
anon_thp: as the shmem example shows, no other fields have a space after
the colon in this output.

1279aa0656 mm: make show_free_areas() static
All callers of show_free_areas() pass 0 and NULL, so we can directly use
show_mem() instead of show_free_areas(0, NULL), which could make
show_free_areas() a static function.

There is no functional change.
