thermal: intel: int340x: Add missing DVFS support flags
DVFS (Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling) is still supported for DDR memory on Lunar Lake and Panther Lake. Add the missing flag PROC_THERMAL_FEATURE_DVFS.
